ŠKODA Meet App
We are very proud to be part of a team that created a social networking application for Volkswagen’s Czech car manufacturer, Škoda Auto.
ŠKODA Meet App was developed as a social networking application for iOS and Android phones, enabling its users to meet with friends, or to find their car easily wherever they are. The app was part of a promotion for Škoda Citigo, a new model which debuted at the 2012 Geneva International Motor Show.
What ŠKODA Meet App does:
- Enables making appointments with up to 9 of your friends.
- Stores your car‘s position so you can easily find it later (very useful when shopping!).
- Shows you the shortest way to your meeting point.
- Sets challenging cross-country competition races for you and your friends, including the version that uses only the radar interface.
- Allows you to stay on top of all ŠKODA events, sneak previews of their products, or exclusive offers!
Windows Phone 7 app and a server backend based on Microsoft Azure technology were built in cooperation with our friends from XPERIENSIS.
Original social network application ŠKODA Meet App is available for both iOS and Android devices.
