Communication Wednesday

For the Communication Wednesday event, Michal prepared a talk about interesting communication tools that we use at Inmite.

Even though we are not a giant corporation, already today we communicate practically daily across time zones and thousands of kilometers. Whether it is with our clients overseas, or with colleagues that happen to be working out of a distant country (such as our Ondra in Taiwan). Effective communication is thus very important for us and we are not afraid to try brand new and innovative tools.

At Communication Wednesday, Michal talked about the main things on which we base the majority of our communication. Whether it is the bundle of online tools from the Google Apps set (such as Gmail or Google Documents), Skype or Dropbox – all of these tools make it possible for use to be in contact whenever necessary.

In addition to the presentation itself, Michal also joined the panel for the subsequent discussion, where there was talk not only about communication tools, but also about how employees can be more satisfied and why this is important.
